How do I cancel an order on next.co.in?

You may cancel your order placed on next.co.in if it has not been processed or approved by us and we’ll refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Please note that next.co.in reserves the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

In order to cancel an order:

• Log in to your user account on next.co.in and click on the ‘Cancel Order’ button.
• Alternatively, call our Customer Support Number 0124- 4993500 between 8 am and 8 pm, 7 days a week, or mail us at customercare@next.co.in with your order details.

 

For products listed under special Events & Promotions (Rakhi, Diwali, etc.) cancellations will not be entertained.

* Note: There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after the payment has been made, the said amount would be refunded within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

What is the 7 Days Change of Mind Policy?

NEXT offers its customers a 7 Days Change of Mind Policy. If for any reason you wish to return a product ordered from next.co.in, you may do so within 7 days from the date of dispatch, and may opt for a replacement. Please note that the product should be in factory sealed condition.

The reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged by us and replacement will be given after deducting the handling charges. Handling charges are Rs. 1000 for Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Water Heaters weighing above 5 Kg, Air Conditioners & Televisions. For all others, they are Rs. 500. In a rare case, if we are unable to get the pickup arranged, you will have to send the product using one of the reputed couriers in your area. No handling charges will be deducted in this case.

Post receipt of the return package, our quality team will perform a quality check on it and the replacement will be given according to the condition of the product.

Please note that for one particular order you may use the 7 Days Change of Mind Policy only once.

What to do if a product ordered from next.co.in is defective or damaged?

All products sold at next.co.in are covered under our 30 Days Replacement Guarantee Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defect in the product within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will issue a replacement to you at no extra cost. However, you need to visit the authorized service centre and get a Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Dead after purchase (DAP) certificate. The scanned copy of the certificate has to be emailed to customercare@next.co.in.

In case the product is damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. If you are unable to raise an alert with us about receipt of a damaged product within 24 hours of delivery, there shall be no liability of next.co.in to replace the order.

Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we would request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform us immediately by calling on our Customer Helpline number 0124- 4993500 or writing to write to us at customercare@next.co.in

We will arrange the pickup of the defective or damaged product or part. In a rare case, if we are unable to get the pickup arranged, you would have to send the product using one of the reputed couriers in your area. Courier freight charges reimbursement will be done in the form of a discount voucher, and up to a maximum as defined by our logistics team.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Please note that the returned product is subject to verification and checks from our quality team to ensure the legitimacy of your complaint. In case the returned product is not defective or damaged then you will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order. In that case, you will have to bear the return shipment and reshipment charges.

 How do I return a product ordered from next.co.in?

Returns are easy! In order to return a product give us a call on our Customer Helpline number 0124- 4993500 or write to us at customercare@next.co.in and provide your order details.

Your return will only be accepted if:

• Item(s) are returned in their original packaging (inside their original box), along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
• All free gifts, manuals, booklets, warranty card, packaging materials, accessories like remote controls, cords, cables, etc., and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered are returned with the product.
• Returned item(s) are undamaged and in brand new and resalable condition.

We seek your assistance and cooperation for return of product(s). Please note that we will make only two attempts for a reverse pick-up and after two failed attempts we will not be responsible for the return of the product.
