We promise to keep and deliver only “Original Products with Genuine Warranty”.

All products sold by NEXT are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

The terms of warranty and replacement are governed by the manufacturer and NEXT cannot act outside the purview of decision provided by the manufacturer.

To avail the manufacturer warranty the buyer needs to contact the respective service centre of the company. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized NEXT retail dealer, distributor or online store.
